Do we ship nationwide?

Yes we use Fastway Couriers & The Courier Guy to ship all our products nationwide.

What is the ordering process?
  • Once you place and order and pay for it either via direct bank transfer or using the payfast facility, you will recieve a confirmation of your order via email.
  • Once we are done packaging, you will recieve a completion of order email.
  • Thereafter once Fastway or The Courier Guy collects your order you will recieve tracking information via email as well.
How does the collection point work?

If you select the collection point in Randfontein, once payment is made your order will be sent to the  collection point and we will notify you that it is available for collection. Our friends at the collection point will hand over your order to you.

How long does delivery take?

Packaging and distribution can take between 3 to 7 working days.

How do I track my order?

Once Fastway or The Courier Guy sends a tracking number to you via emal you may track your order via their website.

What happens if I cannot locate my package?

What if upon arrival of my package an item is missing?
